Question / Help Tried Every Combo of Settings

Hello

I have used OBS on my laptop for several videos before but now whenever I record it was WARNING: TAKING TO LONG TO ENCODE, SKIPPING FRAMES. I do not stream, I use it to record to a hard drive to edit later

Specs:
Intel Core i3 1.8ghz
4GB Ram
500 GB Hard Drive
Intel HD 4000 Graphics
Wireless Network @ 600 kb/s

I know that these are laughable specs lol but I am working on getting more Ram and I have never had a problem before. I have tried every combo of settings. What should I put my settings at for Monitor Capture? Any Help would be appreciated.
