Question / Help Transparent Screen with Avermedia LGP Lite

Hi all,
(first sorry for my english)
i have a little problem with avermedia lgp lite, i trying to configure with OBS software but i cant.
I install the last REcentral software and the las Stream Engine Software, the REcentral software works fine, i use Nvidia shield k1 tablet. The problmes is when i try to get a signal on OBS, open OBS 32 bit version, and i try to add the capturer selecting stream engine source the image is transparent, i try all resolutions and all modes but doesnt work.
I repeat in REcentral works very fine and set the recentral in monitor 2 and capture monitor but isnt the best way.

can u help me?

I7 3770k 4.2 GHZ
8 gb RAM 1600 corsair red
SSD crucial 120gb
GTX760 4GB

Can you explain your setup please? are you capturing from your K1 tablet? somehow I think you're missing something when it comes to what you are trying to do

ok, i connect with mini hdmi to hdmi to LGP lite my shield k1, i put mirroring mode on the shield, when i open REcentral software all works fine, and the tablet mirroring is perfect abaut 0.3ms of lag. Now i close the REcentral, and go to open OBS 32 bit, add source, capture video devices, and show logitech c920 webcam, Stream Engine, avermedcia c835, if a use avermedia c835 only color red show in the screen, but when i select Stream Engine show transparent source, i can expand with edit but is totally transparent, i read on internet i need a bridge program because the drive dosent work fine but i dont know wich is the program. The HDCP protection is not a problem because the mirroring works on REcentral.

Wow. I don't know many people that can differentiate
If you are sure that the RECentral software is closed then restart OBS. see if it captures. From my understanding the c835 needs to be manually set to the source resolution and Hz.

Sorry but doesnt work, i dont understans, why the recentral capture the screen very well, and OBS and xsplit no? my god i try to use spliter to avoid HDCP, but im not sure.

any ideas????

scenes can only be captured once, so if it is in use somewhere else, it will not be able to be captured again.

I know, i reading the drivers doesnt work fine with obs, anybody knows the program to bridge lgplite with obs??? Im tired. Anybody of the support team can help me???
