Transferring from VHS - audio delay

I am using Digitnow video capture device to transfer VHS to digital. Seems to record fine but when I review the MP4 there is a notable audio delay. I muted the 'desktop audio' and 'mic/aux' options (as I was getting multiple audio feeds) and kept the 'Video Capture Device' option enabled.

Suggestions as to how I can resolve this?

Without knowing more, a common cause of audio video getting out of sync is an under-powered computer for your overall workload. That could be entirely based on OBS Studio settings, or your Operating System or some background process, or some combination. The OBS Studio log will NOT tell us what all else is going on with your PC. If your computer is older, under-powered, then some Operating System (OS) level optimization is probably called for. Unfortunately, there is no magic bullet... the OS changes to make 'all depend' on your specific situation. But reducing/eliminating unnecessary background tasks usually doesn't hurt as a good place to start.
