Question / Help Titanfall lagg when streaming and low quality Twitch TV

Hello,

Can someone help me with my problem.
I want to stream my games and when I stream them it is laggy got sometimes low quality like LOW
I know my pc and network are not the problem.
I have the following specifications:

Processor: Intel I5 3570K 3,8GHZ
RAM: 24 GB RAM 1600MHZ
SSD: Vertex 2 and agility 3
ISP: Up and down 100MBIT (with speedtest.net 85Mbit) Fiberglass

Graphics Card: R9 280x from sapphire
OS: Windows 8 and Hackintosh ( Mac OSX Mavericks 10.9.2 ) but i use it on Windows 8 ;-)
Router: Ubitique Edgemax
wifi : Unifi ofcourse than

The internet connection is stable I have set everything good in the software but still.

Can someone help me?

You're using the ultrafast preset, which is why it looks so bad. Change it back to veryfast to make the quality better again.

Other than that, it looks mostly alright...when you say "laggy" what do you mean, exactly? Just buffering a lot on Twitch?

yeah a lot of buffering.
But is it possible to stream in full hd ?
And sometimes is springs like 10 seconds forward :S
But change it back to veryfast is already better ;-)

The Twitch buffering is because you can't download your stream fast enough from Twitch's servers. Try streaming to a different Twitch server (even if it's farther away) or lower your bit rate. Note that not everyone who watches your stream will have this problem.
