Question / Help Tips on reducing CPU usage?

Alright, so i got back to recording some minecraft stuffs (game) and i watched a video on how to improve video quality, because my previous videos were low quality, even if you set it on 720p on youtube. This made my videos HD but the problem is that it takes too much CPU.

I have all my settings set to that. However, i only experience little lag when im using my streaming profile, which has low quality.

Anyone got tips on how to reduce? Maybe some programs and stuffs? Thanks.

SPECS:

Processor: Intel i3 3227U Mobile
GPU/GraphisCard: Intel HD Graphics 4000
4GB Installed RAM


I know, my specs suck, but im a youtuber and its fun recording, so i try my best to fix my videos.
 
Try to use quicksync for recording with a high bitrate. That will have a decent impact on your CPU and FPS. But honestly - this laptop is just too slow to work with.
