Question / Help time random changing

I am wondering how i can set it up so it always reords the same about of time cause right now it records a random about of time every time.
 
when i go to record something the length of the video randoming changes and i wnat to fix it to about 20-30 mins
 
I think im having the same issue. Ive been trying to record pvp matches in DCUO but i dont get the whole video when it goes to my files. for instance before i hit stop the timer says i should have 11 min of footage. so when i hit stop and go to the file for that footage i should end up with 11 min recorded but thats not what happens. ill get a random amount of that footage. 3 min 4 min. i have had it only give me 30 sec when i just saw it said 8 min right before i hit stop. so it stops the footage at random for some reason. ive tried all the setting fixes i can think of or find on the internet. plz help. ive just tried a uninstall and reinstall. ill post if it fixes it.
