I am wondering what traces I leave in the video that is created when recording. What computer signatures are saved to the recorded video file?

What do you mean? Like, what metadata about the computer is saved to the recorded file?

You can always use something like MediaInfo to look at a video's metadata.

All that's saved is the actual encoded video/audio, and the OBS version as metadata.
