Question / Help The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Crash Immediately

I had this issue, but i fixed it, here's how:
I used GoG galaxy, and last night it downloaded 2 files that mess with OBS for some reason, these 2 files are dxgi.dll and d3d11.dll
They are situated in C:\GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\x64 , simply delete both of them and you're good to go

Hmm, i cant find those 2 files anywhere that weird.

Guys i got the same thing happen to me, but only when i enable turboboost in bios.
When turboboost is set to auto my cpu in witcher 3 goes max to 4ghz (6700k), when i enable it it goes to 4.2
But when its on auto i can stream normally, when on enabled my obs crushes witcher 3
