Question / Help The specified class was not found. (10109)

whenever I try to live stream via twitch it tells me:

Could not connect to server

Could not resolve live-lhr.twitch.tv: The specified class was not found. (10109)

Please could someone help or give advice its not malware or a corrupt tcp/ip stack, this has only happened since I downloaded windows 10

Google search seems to indicate "Could not resolve live-lhr.twitch.tv" means that you don't have connectivity to the Twitch servers. Could be the server is down or congested, could be that something on your computer or network is blocking live streaming. Try other Twitch servers. Check that the Windows 10 update didn't change/create new firewall settings.
