Question / Help the recording lags alitle

Can you link the video as well? I see no real obvious reason from you to twitch would be lagging. the log looks decently clean for the most part. did you try and pause the video for a few minutes then start again?

I see it. I'm guessing this doesn't happen all that often. I cant be sure of exactly what to check. you do have a few dropped frames but the dropped frames weren't due to encoder lag. One thought is to make your bitmap and text global sources in your scenes.
gifs, scrolling text, webcams typically need to be set as global sources that way they are preloaded in RAM
