Question / Help The Forest makes OBS crash instantly

IDK why it's giving me such problems. No other game makes OBS crash like this, and plenty of other people are able to stream The Forest without a problem. Help?

Use window capture if possible. Since you're on a laptop you're at the mercy of buggy drivers.

Window capture resulted in a black screen.

Attempting to stream The Forest also reduced my OBS FPS to 3.

Did you make sure your laptop was set up correctly by reading the laptop sticky thread and setting up your nvidia control panel?
