Question / Help TF2 not working with OBS

I really want to stream the game Team Fortress two and I was able to on my old computer but now on my new one i am unable to. I am using an alienware laptop to stream games. When I select [hl2]: Team Fortress 2 under game capture the gameplay is all black. I really need help fixing this.
