Question / Help Text refresh time slow

Hi all,

So I've posted this before but I never got a response, so I'm going to try and summarise my issue again.

What I want is for OBS Studio to be able to update the text file faster than it currently is. It seems to read and update the file every second, rather than what OBS (not studio) used to where it would update at 100ms. I've had this issue for awhile, and there isn't a plugin or anything that can fix it. It's not the software that I am using, as I have tried numerous 'Countdown Clock' resources that go into milliseconds that have the same problem.

I have zero knowledge in writing script, plugins or anything like that, so that's basically out of the picture. We have used this in our broadcasts and it looks fine, but I just wish it was able to display as fast as the original OBS did.

I've got the same problem. There should be an option to choose how often the text file is refreshed. 50ms would be ideal to show tenth seconds.
EDIT:
There are some solutions that unfortunately require you to compile OBS yourself which itself isn't easily done for non-programmers. In addition you need programs worth some hundred bucks. Great. :(

This is a two year old question and, considering not a single devteam member bothered to answer it, I suppose, that the answer is either "No" or "We don't think it's a problem". But maybe I'm wrong :)
My old question on font rendering was never answered as well.
