Bug Report Terrible FPS

Does turning off the Stream Privacy application help in any way? I'm not sure if it will, just running out of possible causes at this point.
 
Okay, I'm going to try to make a suggestion but this is only based on theory for your case: Try capturing your game with just window capture instead of using monitor capture, but also enable aero and use the aero theme in windows settings, I want to see if this makes a difference for you at all

Still same thing. Could it just be possible that my video card is bad? I've had FPS problems in Hawken and Guild Wars 2.
 
You definitely shouldn't be seeing 80% GPU usage just from running OBS. Sounds like a driver or card problem.

Be extremely careful if you attempt anything like this, you risk bricking your card. I do not recommend this at all unless you 100% know what you are doing.
