Tearing issues on stream

I stream on TikTok and Twitch simultaneously and have frequent tearing on both of my two cameras. Below I am putting my logs, I see capture and encoding issues but I am not sure what the issue is that would be causing the constant camera issues.
Any input is SUPER appreciated as I'm struggling to find what the issue is after a CPU upgrade. Specs: i7-9700F, 1050 Ti, 16GB of 3600mhz ram.

your links were fine. in fact the way you posted them made it easier to put them into the analyzer. FYI, you can access the analyzer directly from the OBS Help menu, when you upload a log simply click "Analyze"
