RAM: 12GB DDR3
Video Card: GTX 660 TI
I recently upgraded from windows vista to windows 8. With vista I could stream games 720 30 fps no problem ever since I upgraded to windows 8 when i stream the video stutters and i get the message "taking to long to encode". Is this just windows 8 or do i need to do something to fix this?
