Question / Help Taking to long to encode/dropping frames

I am trying to stream a PS3 game in 720p using window capture and a Hauppauge HD PVR Gaming Edition 1. Now I don't recall having this many problems with older versions of OBS, but that was a while back. It keeps telling me that it's taking too long to encode and I also have been dropping frames. I tried running it through the log analyzer, but nothing came up as an issue. I know my computer isn't the best, but it should have enough power to stream a PS3 game (The Walking Dead Season 2) without causing problems. I know more CPU intensive games such as Minecraft or The Sims 3 will cause issues though. I tried lowering my frame rate and downscaling the resolution to 480p and while it looked somewhat bad to me and not as clear as 720p, it still dropped frames, in fact as I was glancing at it I thought it said that it dropped more frames than when I was streaming at 720p, but I could be wrong, I only glanced at it. I have a 4.2 mbps upload according to testmy.net and my setup needs to be wireless as the modem is in the living room and I have my setup in my bedroom because of TV reasons (My personal TV is an HDTV, but the rest of my family's is standard definition). I really don't want to downscale the resolution anymore than 480p, and as I stated before I don't recall having this issue in previous versions of OBS. I also used the streams settings estimator, and while I know it's not exactly accurate, I don't think I should be having this many problems. Here is a log from my streams.
