Question / Help Table with boss timers

Hi everyone. I cant found any plugin for OBS Studio (and OBS) like this:

On random stream this table the same. So this plugin is real but i dont know name. Anybody know ?

That isn't an OBS plugin. That's a separate tool called a split timer. Looks a bit like WSplit.
