I want to know can i made good stream with that system im kinda noob of please help :D

intel core i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60hz 2.60 Ghz
4gb ram (3.88 usable)
windows 8
64bit
Geforce GT 635M

if i can how can i put setting if not Can i lower settings to do or can i change something in my comp to do ?

Use the instructions at the second link to post a log file so we can see more detailed system specs and the settings you're currently trying to use.
 
You'll probably want to downscale the stream resolution to 1.5/1.75/2.0 (test to see what works best) so your CPU doesn't get overloaded, otherwise I don't see any glaring problems with your log file.
