Question / Help "System and compressed memory" Disk usage Lagging OBS very badly

I make daily youtube videos. I use OBS to record them but in the last couple of days/weeks i havent been able to keep up with my schedual because OBS lags and doesnt record. This is due to a process in task manager called "System and compressed memory". I dont know what to do anymore. Recording at 1080p 60fps 400000kbp/s has always worked for the last year or so, but now all that happens is that after about a minute of recording OBS just shows a preview of a frozen video. I either need a way to fix from OBS or just have someone tell me how to turn off windows 10 memory compression. This process called "system and compressed memory" uses all of my "Disk" in task manager but i cant just turn it off. Sometimes "Service Host: Local system (Network Restricted) (10)" also uses the disk. I know that those are the processes that make OBS lag, but i need to know how to turn them off. Has anyone else ever encountered this or know how to fix this?

r9 290x
16 GB DDR3 ram

i need very urgent help. im going on vacation and i need to prerecord some videos for it... ive ben sitting here since 10 (its 2 now) trying to record, but it still keeps doing the same thing :(
