Question / Help Syncing My Webcam and Audio

So I know my Elgato runs at 1.5 second delay. So to compensate I set my webcam at 1.5 seconds and my microphone at 1.5 seconds. However, the webcam is not in sync with the mic. Obviously the mic is where I want it at 1.5 seconds, but the webcam seems to have it's own built in delay. Does anyone know the length of said delay? I'm using a Logitech C615.

best way to fix this is to reset your delays to 0 then raise your scene buffering time up to 2000ms or something then try and sync them by recording everything, sync your game first then sync your mic. audio has a separate delay and it can do a negative delay as well.
