After downloading OBS from Pi-apps from where can i add download OBS virtual camera feature i tried but its not working for me can somebody help please

What version of the v4l2loopback module are you using? OBS 30.0.2 doesn't play nicely with newer versions of the module - a fix is yet to be released (but it is available in the upstream source).
