Hey. about 2 weeks or so ago, I was able to stream at 2500 kb/s @ 60 frames with no issues. I would stream things like Arma 3 (even though I would never MYSELF GET 60 FRAMES. cursed game)
however. suddenly last week. It seems that I am unable to stream what so ever.
I start the stream, instantly drop frames. Through out the stream, it will show my upload going down below 800 (even after i dropped my upload to 1500) and then after about an hour or so, it crashes.
I ran malware scans, virus scans, did a reg clean. updated my network card (though it said it was already up to date) and even got a new network cable.
I've also changed my stream key and changed the server. Still nothing.
It even seems I can't even stream right now as it wont even pick up any uploading data.
