Sudden low kbps even with good internet

So I have been using OBS a bit to stream and even worked perfectly fine a few days ago, however recently I updated both OBS and my drivers and suddenly I cannot even break past 1000 kbps. I dont understand what I can do or what is causing this. I would like to avoid rolling back my drivers but that seems like a possible solution.

I have never had an issue like this.

I FOUND OUT ITS BECAUSE I UPDATED MY ETHERNET DRIVER;

WORKS WIRELESSLY, FAILS WHEN CONNECTED.

Certain Ethernet NIC drivers have been frequently found to be problematic, Killer Networks being a prime example. Lots of threads related to that driver.
Wired should always be better than WiFi, unless something seriously wrong with wired network.
