Question / Help Sudden Low FPS in OBS

I changed nothing at all on my computer, but now I am getting framerate drops when streaming. Normally, 720p at 60fps is no problem for me, but now my computer is lagging in stream, and fluctuating between 55 and 35. I didn't change anything, and I don't think it could be normal. There was an update that I got today... could that be the issue? Here are some logs from my last stream.
