Question / Help Sudden loss of in-game fps

Hello. I usually stream low-end games like Touhou, no problem at all. But since yesterday, I'm having a grotesque fps loss when I try to stream the 14th and 15th games. The thing is, I never had any problem streaming them before, nor I did mess with any options on OBS. I also stream with a pretty low bitrate because of my internet speed, so it should be even less than a problem. I'm including 2 logs, because I tried to restart my pc to fix, but without success. Thanks for any help.

First, dont stream over wireless, this will only make the situation worse. Second, after you switch to a wired connection, run this test for your region and post a screenshot of the results:

Here it is, I'm on Rio de Janeiro server. Also switched to wired to run the test.

your bitrate needs to be like 300 at max because that bitrate does not include audio bitrate so I suggest you lower your audio bitrate to 64kbps. to be completely honestly do should not stream at that, you should downscale your video to 360p or less.

Or, try one of the other ingests that give you a little more upload. the rio one would give you 800 to use so then you can set your bandwidth to 600 or 650 and hope it doesn't go down

I said I'm using Rio server. But really, I don't have any problems streaming at 800 bitrate, not a single frame drop on obs. It's my game that's dropping from 60 usual to like 30 since yesterday, and I never had any problems before. It doesn't happen with other games. That's my doubt. What changed from before yesterday to yesterday that I can't stream those games anymore?

downscaling will fix that. considering the low bitrate, your downscale will allow slightly more detail per pixel.

I just tried the downscaling to 640x384. But I'm still losing like 15 fps. It's unplayable, and it's a lot worse for my viewers eyes. Something's really wrong.

do you lose frames with local recording only?

No, I was streaming yesterday and was gonna jump to those games, but couldn't. The preview and recording have the same problem.

check processes and see what else is running. close as much as you can near the clock and try again. I dont know how much I can actually help you since you are running at the bare minimum of what OBS would need to record/stream. you could try quicksync instead of x264 but you'll lose more quality especially at that bitrate.

It's no use. I tried closing processes and quicksync, but still the same thing. Thanks for all your help, but now I guess I lost 2 of my favorite games to stream for no reason at all.
