My current rig, despite some of the aged parts, used to be able to stream anything I wanted to stream with EASE.
Now suddenly, I can't Stream, nor record. I get a solid FPS of 7, no matter what I do try fix it.
What I've tried so far:
My current Specs:
AMD FX-4170 ( 4 core, 4.2GHz)
8GB DDR3 RAM
EVGA Nvidia GTX 275 (yes, it surprisingly could stream and record at 60FPS)
Now, I know that 275 is old. Looking to replace it asap, but it could still handle streaming at 60 FPS not too long ago.
Now, using OBS, I can't manage to squeeze even 20 FPS out of my system for recording or streaming.
If I could get at least a stable 30 when recording again, I'd appreciate the help.

What I've tried so far:
- Changing Preset to as low as ultrafast, previously could use veryfast with 0 issues.
- Changing bitrate, to no avail only made quality worse when streaming
- Lowering FPS
- Downscaling resolution
- Changing CBR and VBR
