Question / Help Sudden "High cpu usage" warnings breaking my stream.

Hi.
I streamed for over 1200 hours using OBS, from April to december with barely a dropped frame. So good, I loved it and I got to figure out how to exploit it to make it look great.

However, after a 3 week break, I come back and it's now unusable. I get CPU warnings all the time, which eventually end up dc'ing me or freezing OBS.

No, this is not a CPU issue, my computer is at 5-10% when it happens and I used to stream hardcore music production taxing the hell out of my computer with no issues what so ever. Now playing a song in winamp or having text on a screen warns me when I'm not even online. After one particular freeze, it was like it was completely reinstalled, no scenes and the language was changed. I re-made everything and guess what - I still get the encoding high usage warning even right this moment when I'm previewing a text screen.

I loved OBS, but I can't have my stream break 5 times per session.

Is there anything I can do about this? OBS freezes when I click "analyze" on a logfile, at this point in time.

OBS now clears my scenes (not my settings, though) every time I reboot and I get the cpu warning when previewing a text screen.

Does anyone have any clue what this might be? I'm going to have to switch to xsplit if this doesn't get figured out today. Dependability is #1.

To clarify the issue, I used to be able to stream extremely taxing audio processing with no issues what so ever - now obs warns me of high cpu usage and disconnects my stream randomly when i stream a line of text.
