Processor: AMD FX8350 (Clocked 4.5ghz)
Videocard: XFX R9 290 Core edition
Ram: 8GB
Harddisk: SSD
Internet:
Download: 60mbit
upload: 50mbit
When I play Counter-strike:global offensive I get decent FPS like 200+. But every 40 seconds my framerate drops to 80 for one second. Then it goes up to 200+ again. I tried lowering my bitrate,resolution but it doesn't matter still getting the fps drop to 80. Does anybody know how to fix this?
