Question / Help Sudden Bitrate Instability And Dropped Frames

I would like to start by saying I have read the pinned post and tried everything I could think of. This past week most notably today my bitrate has become very unstable resulting in a ton of dropped frames which in my 9 months or so of streaming I have never had. Until this week I have never dropped a single frame. That is why I am very upset and also confused by this situation. I'm not sure if there is anyone or anyway that can help this problem I'm having but I would appreciate some feedback. Here is a log https://gist.github.com/6d42dc51f2da53df6817

I am having the same problems, I have had the same settings for 8 months and no changes in anything. Tried all the solutions on the website and everything. Hopefully someone can help!

I take it you've tried switching Twitch servers? Otherwise, it might not be anything to do with OBS - could be something else is using the processor hard at the same time as the streams, or your internet connection (whether in general, or to Twitch specifically) could be poor.
