Hello!
I've streamed CSGO before without any issues but formatted my computer today and not it seems that it does not want to run properly. I'm having ok FPS in CSGO and I cannot see any apparent issues in OBS except for the fact that I have stutters in both OBS and CSGO while previewing. It's not major stutters (it is playable) but it is still not good enough to stream or to actually play seriously.
I see that it says something about 'hooking' but I am clueless about what might be causing that.
