Question / Help Stuttering/lag recording

I tried bot quicksync and x264 but the recorded video has stuttering and is laggy.

Don't use your webcam in 1080p mode. Other than that, your log file shows that OBS is working fine. If it isn't, post a log file from a longer encoding session, at least five minutes.
