I've been having this problem that is just extremely annoying and it isn't the end of the world but its something i would like to know about. Basically if i stream games with in game vsync on which is capping the game at 60 fps which is my monitors refresh rate everything is fine the in game is fine and so is the stream but when i turn it off the stream and in game starts to stutter a bit, the actually animations are fluid but for example when i move the camera in LoL or CS:GO the ground looks like its dragging not really sure how to explain it. Anyway the only reason this is an issue is i need to have vsync off in csgo the input lag is too much and in league its also nice to have it off. If im not streaming i kind of see the same thing but its not nearly as prevalent and it just seems like screen tearing and frames showing up to fast for the monitor i just don't get why I'm seeing it through the stream and why its being amplified by streaming, Iv's tried a bunch of different bitrates and i tried using veryfast preset and so on also tried 30 fps instead of 60 but its all the same.non of the threads on my cpu are even hitting 90% and i have good fps in game it drops a bit from what i play at while not streaming but not much at all.
