I don't know if it is technically an issue with OBS or with Rainmeter but I figured I would report here in case it helps someone out. I recently got my second monitor and was previewing my stream. When the obs window is on my primary new monitor it works flawlessly whether there are rainmeter icons active on it or not. On the second monitor however there is a stutter / graphical glitches on the screen but only when there are rainmeter addons active on it. Easy workaround but cost me some time troubleshooting. Also worth noting that the monitor the stuttering is on does not experience it when it is the only monitor connected even having rainmeter active.
