Question / Help Stuck Stream (solved)

Hi there! After trying to find a solution on google, i finally decide to came here and do a thread.

As the title says the stream get stuck but only the video. It looks like a lot of pictures instead of a video. I tried to low the quality and stuff but i couldnt solve it.

I have 1.5mbs of upload and im puting 1100 on bitrate, 6 on quality and im using CBR. On video i have the lowest downscale resolution and im using 30fps aswell.

My pc is a i5 2500k, GPU Nvidia gts 450, and RAM 2gb of ddr3.

Here it is, i dont know if it is too long, i can make a new one if you want to.

There are different configurations because i was trying to fix it.

Looks like connection problems to miami. Did you not try a different server at least once? :)

I tried changing to another server and seems to be ok if i keep the quality on 7 (once i put 8 the same issue appears). I tought miami was the best server since i get the best ping from there (Im south american so i dont have many choices if i dont wanna have 300+ ms).
