Question / Help Strwaming options

Hello guys i startet streaming today , but it was not perfectly.
I got a cpu intel xeon E5 3,4 ghz
Nvidia geforce gtx 970
8gb ram
100k down and 3 mb up
Whats the perfect settings to stream? Is the most important thing a good upload stream to get hd configuration?

Most important things for a stream are a good upload speed & a good CPU.
With your PC, I think you can stream in 720p with 2500kbps bitrate/buffer (your PC could stream in 1080p but your upload speed would be barely enough)
