Question / Help Struggling with FPS when recording GTA V

Hello!
So I just recently started getting into recording for Youtube. The first video I would like to post is GTA, but after a solid 30 minutes of recording GTA with OBS went by. I stopped and looked at the game play, and the video was extremely choppy. Now when I was playing the game during recording. The game was smooth, and on its highest quality. No idea what is going on. I have both Direct X Diagnostics and gyazo images of my OBS settings

Is this a laptop? DxDiag is saying you have a GTX 970 but you have a screenshot of OBS detecting a GTX 745.

In any case, we'll need an OBS log file from an encode of at least five minutes of high action gameplay.
