Not really sure how this happened. But its pretty awesome.

There seems to be a problem loading your language file. What language are you using? There was an error involved with updating localization files (and has since been fixed) but you might try re-downloading and installing OBS. I just tried every language and they all worked for me.

I'm just using english. I am however using windows 8.1 preview or whatever if that helps at all? Though after reinstalling it seems fine.
