Question / Help Streams VERY blurry.

I've tried everything I can find on here on google everything. I'm playing Archeage, running 60-100+ FPS in game. I have 10Mbs upload, running at 720P w/ 30FPS and I tried 60FPS. I tried upping the bitrate which did make it look better but only past 5k bit rate and I shouldnt go over 3.5k says everyone. So is it my CPU? I have a FX 6300 but its been over heating lately and in game while streaming I get 80-100% CPU usage.

I really want to fix this >< any helps appritiated. I'll post a log once I google how to lol.

Blurriness is caused by high motion like FPS games, they require a lot of bitrate. Try reducing your FPS or resolution to minimize the effects, but there's not really much you do when constrained by internet bitrates.

I did. I lowered my rez to even under 540P and it just got more blurry. I've asked other streamers with very good looking streams what theyre running and they said about 2-3k bit rate 30-60FPS 720P. But when I do that its so blurry that you cant even tell where my char is.
