OBS says I haven't dropped frames but my streams look choppy.
My most stable streams after troubleshooting has been 720p 60fps, but my stream look like they're below 30fps.
I feel like I've tried everything and to no avail.
It just doesn't make sense to me anymore.
My device is a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018, 16GB RAM) running on Ventura 13.4.
