Streams Go to ~ 135 Kbps After a Few Seconds of Streaming! -HELP!-

As the title states, whenever I start a stream (to YouTube), it goes to ~ 135 Kbps after a few seconds and the stream comes to a standstill. I've tried streaming on two different computers, used a different ethernet port etc. but the same thing happens every time rendering the stream useless.

In essence, I am not able to stream at all and I'm not sure why.

I've been able to stream for several years at 4K 60FPS and 1080P 60FPS. With the latest update for OBS, I've been using AV1 and it has been working great until about 10 days ago when this suddenly started happening.

I've attached the latest log file here so I would really appreciate it if someone can diagnose the issue and tell me how to fix this.

It is extremely frustrating not being able to stream as it is one of the few things I really enjoy doing.

Please help!

Please read and follow directions and recommendations on the analyzer:

Network issues like yours are commonly related to problems on the ISP. It could also be an issue on youtube itself as many other AV1 users are having this kind of problems too.

Hmm.. I turned off HAGS and tried again but it still drops after a few seconds.

The other thing is that I also tried streaming in 1440P 60fps 10mbps and it STILL drops to ~ 135kbps. I know my internet is not the best (Spectrum 1 gig download but only 35mbps upload) but I've been able to stream 4K 60fps @ 20mbps for years without issue.

There is something seriously off and I don't know if it's OBS, Spectrum (ISP), or YouTube itself. You mentioned users were saying using AV1 gives these problems as well? Should I just go back to trying NVENC?

Would appreciate any further help with this. I've attached the log file from my other PC so if you could take a look and let me know, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks.

I am having this same exact issue as well! Identical issue, tried all the troubleshooting listed everywhere online - I'm 99% convinced its a youtube server issue - I didnt have this issue before this year.

I've just joined a youtube community discord channel and posed the question there but so far no responses
