Question / Help Streaming with Monopoly (PC) on OBS

I have a copy of Monopoly (PC Version from 2005), and I'm having trouble displaying it properly with OBS.

There are layered screens in the game, that I can't seem to get OBS to capture, unless it's a monitor capture with a section of the screen captured. This is no good, because what ever is displayed in that area, is also picked up by obs.

How can I capture the game and it's screens, WITHOUT using monitor capture?

I'm not entirely sure, it seems like a fairly old game. If window captuer or game capture don't work then you might not have a choice in this particular case.
