Question / Help Streaming with low upload.

Hey guys. I want to get into streaming and I've tried in the past but it never worked out for me because of my awful upload speed. My upload is usually between 1 and 1.2 Mbps and my download is around 17 Mbps. I'm pretty new to streaming so I have no idea if that upload is even good enough to stream without high ping and lag. I'm not sure if this is relevant for helping me but I mostly want to stream CSGO and Overwatch. If someone can give me some tips and/or suggestions for my OBS setting that would be great.

Here are my PC specs if that will help:

Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-UD3P

CPU: AMD FX-6300 Black Edition

Memory: Kingston HyperX Blue 8gb DDR3 (1 stick)

Hard Drive: OCZ Vertex 3 120gb SSD, Western Digital 1TB

Video Card: EVGA Geforce GTX 960 2GB SSC
