So i just recently got upgraded to 100 mb download and 100 mb upload speed.
My questions is, what settings should i use for obs for streaming, when i dont want any load on my pc.
Thanks in advance.

Please give us either a log file of OBS:
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=7144
or supply us with enough information about your pc that we at least can guess a little bit,
or supply us with a screenshot of "Speccy" for example, the free version is just fine and a screenshot of its front page (summary) will give us all needed info!

Thanks for those infos, now if your mainboard supports it you could use Intel QuickSync which would offload the encoding work to your integrated intel gpu instead of running on your processor.
The only alternative I see would be using the ultrafast preset (under advanced settings) to decrease the cpu load, but it will definitely not look too good unless you start using unspeakable bitrates.

Overall for streaming, especially to twitch.tv it is not recommended to go much further than 3000-3500 kbps.
