Question / Help Streaming with high ping sattelite internet 6 MB/s upload

Hello, im gonna try a Tooway sattelite internet soon for stream.
Can someone tell me if the high ping will affect the streaming quality or lags ?

i will get 20 mb/s download and 6 mb/s upload BUT 700 ms ping .

I wont play on the sat connec, i will only use it to stream. ( got classic adsl to play 20mb/s DL 1mb/s UL )

2 ethernet port on my motherboard.

but before paying for the sattelite, i want to know if the high ping will affect or if the bandwith only count for streaming.

Unfortunately I wouldn't know for sure, I do know what it would most likely affect it, though in what way is unknown. Instability especially is very likely I would presume, with missing packets and multiple acknowledgements and such.
