Question / Help Streaming with black sides , help me fix it pls :(

I use a 1280x1024 resolution with a 5:4 ratio, when i start streaming , it appears on twitch with black bars on the right and the left side and can´t seem to find the problem....
I leave my pc specs her too

The Twitch player is 16:9, so there will always be black bars when not streaming at that aspect ratio.
