Question / Help Streaming with Avermedia LGHD Stream engine

So I just got the Avermedia live gamer HD capture card to work after hours (days) BUT I cant figure out how to get LGHD Stream Engine to work with OBS.

At this point all I can do is monitor capture and the screen capture to get it to work, (use the Avermedia Recentral and capture the game from the console there) which is somewhat alright, but i wanna capture straight from the card.

So my question is how do stream with the avermedia live gamer hd? (not portable) im also pretty new with this so.. ill try to answer the best i can if i havent explained my problem good enough.
 
You don't need to use the stream engine to stream with the Live Gamer HD, just add it directly to OBS.
 
so add>video capture device>Avermedia HD capture c985 bus 4 ?

When i do that i get a black background with a white text in the middle saying "HDCP". And if i try to go to configure on that source i get this (posted attachment)

Well, what are you trying to capture? If it's a PS3, then you're out of luck, since they have HDCP enabled. You'd have to capture with component output.
