Hello mates, its a pleasure to join this community, hope someone can help me : )

Is it possible for me to stream Counter strike global offensive (low settings) with a pc with those specs?
-Intel Dual core 2 3.0 ghz
-GeForce GT 630
-4 RAM DDR2
P.S normally I have about 90-100 fps while playing.

A slow CPU might limit to maybe 1280x720 at 10 fps, or 640x360 at 30 fps, but do some testing. You may also try using a preset "SuperFast" or "UltraFast" to push a little more fps and resolution on slow CPU, at a cost of some quality.

If you have problems, showing us your log file may help.

So the only problem is the cpu? If I could change it to a 3.0 ghz quad and overclock it would I get about 30 fps on 720p?

The cpu is for sure the point. Which is much to weak, probably get an i7 for best stream and gameplay experience. I prefer the 4790k. Wich is right now still one of the best cpus for streaming and gaming.. But you need too a good internet connection. At least with 3mbit/upload would be need for a good quality stream. Better would be 6 mbit/s upload speed

if you are lucky then the gt 630 supports nvenc probably the best case for your scenario
The 630 is not really a good graphicscard for nvenc. Even my 680gtx isnt that powerfull for nvenc and gaming in a decent quality

thats complete bs... nvenc goes off of a completly different gpu unit the performance hit would be within a 1% range.

but its true though the gpu is complete trash and wasted money

I tried a lot of stuff. You get in a high quality like 1080p60fps too high usage and the game / stream begins to stuck

you wouldnt even try streaming 1080p60 with nvenc anyway since its on a level of awful where its just a waste of bandwidth. and stream begins to stuck is a really bad explanation of an issue in this case, because it can mean various things

but as already said, the card is completly garbage and not worth a dime not even as a officestation card

My budget? I dont know really, I can manage to get about 600-700 bucks if I sell one of my schecter guitars. And I can sell the PC I already have.

dont sell stuff, rather save up some money, expecting to make a ton of money through streaming is pretty much not happening.

True story. If you are not able to entertain viewers you will probably not reach any money from streaming.

im sure you gonna reuse your hdd so i didnt include one.

the cpu comes with an boxed fan but its not what you want.

if your case has the right form factor mATX you can reuse it (make sure if you take the after market fan that it fits)

you can reuse your power supply if it has a 6pin connector (i added one for future upgrade compatibility)

optical drive can be reused from the old rig
