Question / Help Streaming with 2-pc setup easiest way?

Hello!

Just wondering, is there any easier way to stream with 2-pc setup without the needing to setup a nginx server and all that stuff? Feels like its to much things to do for me to setup this, thought there just might be a program to install and then capture via VLC on 2nd computer..
 
If you can use a video capture card (and audio capture too), that might be simpler but more expensive than the nginx server. I don't think there's an easier way to do the 2pc capture without capture card.
