Question / Help Streaming with 0.80 [ITA]

Hello everyone, I am really new to the whole OBS thing and streaming. I wanted to start streaming for a very long time, finally I got a new PC but my internet speed is not that great, so I want to know can I stream any decent quality with this speed, thanks.

I5 SKYLAKE 4GHZ
GTX970 MSI

And if I can, can somebody with a decent experience give me a good setup / what settings should I use, thanks.

I think you're gonna need some better internet. You need at least 1.0 MB/s, bare minimum.
